Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting takes place each year before July 1st of each year. The following agenda shall generally be observed: • Presentation of the Annual Report and its approval. • Presentation of the Annual Financial Report and its approval. • Election of officers and associate directors as presented by the nominating committee or nominations from the floor. • Election of Auditors (2). • Revision of the By-Laws. • Current and New business. | |
